All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day. In the event of a holiday, order processing will resume on the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We use USPS (discounted rates from Shopify Shipping). Rates are based on the customer’s address and the weight and dimensions of your order.
Free Shipping for orders over $100 will be shipped through USPS First Class Package within 1–2 business days.
During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Local delivery is available for addresses within 3 miles of our shop with a $50 minimum order. Please coordinate with us for the delivery day and time. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our designated location(s). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared within 1–2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Pickup is available Monday through Saturday, 8am–5pm.
We will make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address with USPS. If we are unable to validate the address and cannot contact the customer, the order will be canceled and refunded.
If the customer provides an incorrect or partial shipping address and the package is returned, or if delivery is refused, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price minus shipping and handling charges.
AngelieSmith.com is not responsible if the wrong shipping address is provided and we are unable to recover the package.
If you did not receive your order but the carrier reports it as delivered, contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier, who may conduct a detailed investigation and possibly involve local law enforcement. Once the investigation is complete, we will replace or refund your order as needed. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation process.
