Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for the following:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is posted)
  • Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at angeliesmith@angeliesmith.com and send your item to: 9255 Los Coches Rd, Lakeside, CA, 92040, United States.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges may vary. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
