Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2  business days of receipt. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Understanding that our- goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible, the processing of an order generally takes place within 1 business day from the time it was received. In the event of a holiday order processing will resume on the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We use USPS (Discounted rates from Shopify Shipping). Rates are based on the customer's address and the weight and dimensions of your order.

Free Shipping for orders over $100 and will be shipped thru USPS first class package within 1-2 business days.

Local Delivery

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 3 miles of our shop with $50.00 minimum order. Please coordinate with me to what day and time for delivery. Will deliver based on the address provided.  When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Curbside pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [list the locations where in-store pickup is available]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Pick up time Monday thru Saturday at 8am - 5pm. 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Deliver

We will make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address with USPS. If we are unable to validate the address and we are unable to contact the customer to provide an updated address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

In the event the customer provides an incorrect or partial shipping address when placing their order and it's returned by the carrier or if delivery is refused and returned to sender, Angelie Smith will cancel the order and provide a full refund of the original purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges. will not be held responsible If the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we are unable to recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order but the shipping carrier is reporting that it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the carrier who will perform a detailed investigation and potentially involve local law enforcement to recover your package. Upon completion of this investigation we will replace or refund your order as needed. Please allow up to 21 days for the completion of the investigation.
